- Price shop online (many companies will ship right to you)
- Visit websites to hunt for coupons
- Swap out meats for other protein sources like eggs, beans, whey
- Buy in bulk
- Bring your lunch to work and snacks on the go
- Buy a good water bottle, carry it with you
- For a treat, eat at a healthy restaurant (look at my reviews) and go during the day for lunch time prices or pick off the appetizer menu
- Buy better quality foods which satisfy you better than cheap, processed foods
