  • Buy frozen fruits and veggies
  • Price shop online (many companies will ship right to you)
  • Visit websites to hunt for coupons
  • Swap out meats for other protein sources like eggs, beans, whey
  • Buy in bulk
  • Bring your lunch to work and snacks on the go
  • Buy a good water bottle, carry it with you
  • For a treat, eat at a healthy restaurant (look at my reviews) and go during the day for lunch time prices or pick off the appetizer menu
  • Buy better quality foods which satisfy you better than cheap, processed foods
