Popye's Favorite Smoothie

Believe it or not-- you don't really taste the spinach. Make sure your spinach is fresh, not frozen.

3 cups spinach leaves, not pressed down
1 banana
1/2 cup carb countdown milk, soy milk or almond milk
a few ice cubes
this is where you can get creative -- add another combination:

1-2 tablespoons peanut butter + another 1/2 cup of liquid
1 tablespoon Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder + another 1/2 cup of liquid (it looks NASTY but tastes great)
2 tablespoons SF/FF Banana Pudding Mix + another 1/2 cup of liquid
Dash of extract (banana, pinapple or coconut) + 1/2 cup coconut milk
any other fruit with about 1/4 cup of liquid-- try oranges, apple slices, pears
