The Muffin Man

I have posted about a chocolate chip cookie I have had from the peeps at Gluten Free Life and boy was that ever good! But this muffin was even better. I know, it is hard to top oohey goohey chocolate chips but this apple pie muffin was so good with real pieces of apple, subtle spices and a real apple pie flavor.
