Suspicious but Delicious

I am always looking for inspiration to drink more water. I love plain water but with a hint of flavor I know I drink much more. Nuun makes these very unique drink fizzy tabs (similar to an alka seltzer) to add to water giving it a banana, berry or lemon-lime flavoring. Now not only does it add flavor to your water but it is a sports drink that is electrolyte enhanced. To add to my excitement it is SUGAR-FREE, portable and fun! All you do it take a single tab from the tube, drop it into 16 oz of water, wait two minutes for it to dissolve and drink away. The banana one is crazy good and at only 3 calories each tab you get some vitamins and minerals to boot. Put this on the top of my “cool drink finds”!
